1. Introduction

  3. Verification: We may require copies of government‑issued ID, proof of address, and other documents to process withdrawals.
  4. Fees: Any fees charged by payment providers are your responsibility. ArionPlay does not impose additional processing fees.

5. Game Rules & Fair Play

  1. All casino games are governed by their specific rules and the outcome is determined by certified random number generators (RNGs).
  2. You agree not to engage in collusion, money laundering, or any fraudulent activity.
  3. We reserve the right to void bets or confiscate winnings if fraudulent or abusive behavior is detected.

6. Responsible Gaming

  1. ArionPlay promotes responsible gaming. You may set deposit, loss, and session limits via your account settings.
  2. Self‑exclusion is available upon request. Contact customer support to activate.
  3. If you believe you have a gambling problem, please seek professional help or visit the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation (PAGCOR) resources.

7. Bonuses & Promotions

  1. All bonuses, promotional offers, and loyalty rewards are subject to separate terms and wagering requirements.
  2. We may change, cancel, or refuse any promotion at our discretion.
  3. Abuse of promotional offers (e.g., repeated sign‑ups) will result in voided bonuses and possible account closure.

8. Intellectual Property

  1. All content on the Site—design, text, graphics, logos, software, and trademarks—is the property of ArionPlay or its licensors.
  2. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

9. Limitation of Liability

  1. To the fullest extent permitted by law, ArionPlay will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Site or services.
  2. Our total liability, regardless of cause, will not exceed the amount you have wagered in the seven days preceding the claim.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless ArionPlay, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms or your violation of any law or third‑party right.

11. Termination & Suspension

  1. We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for suspected fraud, violation of these Terms, or legal reasons.
  2. Upon termination, you forfeit any unplayed bonuses and pending wagers.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  1. These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
  2. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Metro Manila, Philippines.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised version with a new “Effective Date” at the top. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes your acceptance of the new Terms.
